For over 25 years, Pasquale’s has been built on one belief: Strong communities create strong businesses.
Yes, we serve incredible food. Yes, our franchise model is designed for financial success. But what truly makes Pasquale’s different is the role we believe a neighborhood restaurant should play inside a community.
Our franchise model is built on delivering a quality, consistent product and creating a franchise system designed for long-term financial success. But what sets Pasquale’s apart is our belief that a neighborhood restaurant should be more than just a business, it should become a trusted neighbor, a community partner, and a brand that people are proud to support.
At Pasquale’s, community involvement isn’t optional – it’s part of the brand. We encourage and support franchise owners who want to lead through generosity because giving back creates something far more valuable than traditional advertising ever could: Real loyalty.
When communities feel supported, they support you back. That trust creates lasting customer relationships, stronger local recognition, lower long-term marketing costs, and a business people genuinely want to champion.
This isn’t just a restaurant franchise.
It’s an opportunity to build something meaningful for your family, your team, and your community.

Franchise partners receive hands-on training inside our corporate locations, followed by on-site opening support in their own store to ensure a confident and successful launch. But the support doesn’t stop there.
Alongside personal support from our corporate team, our integrated operations and workforce management apps simplify training, scheduling, and consistency helping new operators succeed with confidence.
Our cycle of support doesn’t rely solely on expensive advertising. It ensures community connection which helps build long term local relationships resulting in consistent repeat business and community trust. That’s not just great marketing. It’s relationship building at scale.

These partnerships create a cycle of support that strengthens both the community and the business.
At Pasquale’s, community involvement isn’t just encouraged – it’s baked directly into our business model.
Over the years, we’ve developed streamlined fundraising and partnership programs that make it easy for community organizations to work with our franchise owners.
We understand that parents, teachers, and volunteers are already balancing careers, families, and busy schedules. That’s why we’ve simplified the entire process through proven partnership systems, easy-to-use fundraising structures, and clear operational support that removes much of the workload traditionally associated with fundraising events.

Initial qualification for a Pasquale’s location involves a series of interviews and generally takes 6 - 8 weeks. After that, identifying and securing a restaurant can take 3 to 9 months depending on the size and scope of the opportunity.
Generally, once your territory has been approved and you have signed your Franchise Agreement, you have six months to open for business.
Pasquale’s Pizza provides some key financial performance representations in Item 19 of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). Prospective franchisees are encouraged to conduct their own independent investigation to determine potential sales and profit levels prior to signing any binding agreement.
Before you open your restaurant, you and/or your key operator are required to attend and complete the Pasquale’s operations training program. The initial training program is 4–6 weeks long and is conducted in a certified training restaurant in Allison Park, PA. Additional training will be required for key operation partners.
Pasquale’s pays for the cost of the training, and franchisees are responsible for all other costs including travel and lodging. Please refer to Item 11 of the Franchise Disclosure Document for specific information.
